Lacey St. George was born in Grants Pass, OR in 1983. From the great Northwest, Lacey was exposed to the blossoming art form of glass blowing and pipe making from a very early age. Lacey fell in love with glass when she began working on the torch and she was determined from the very beginning to create things of beauty and be her own boss.

Lacey’s obsession with glass started in 2004, becoming the fourth member of her family to indulge in this medium full-time. She has spent the last few years traveling the country competing in various glass blowing art competitions and participating in large-scale collaboration projects. Lacey draws inspiration from all things of beauty. Particularly, Lacey is driven by what is in nature from the endless color hues of a flower to the sensual curves of the female figure. Lacey plans to pursue her love of teaching over the next few years, while building up her personal studio and working on more large-scale projects.
