All orders ship from Cincinnati, Ohio, USA, within two (2) business days of receipt of your order. All orders over $50 will be insured by the shipping carrier for the value of the merchandise purchased, which is included in your shipping fee. In addition, upon delivery of your products, a signature may be required by the shipping carrier to ensure against fraud and abuse and, as a result, may require that you or your representative (who is at least 18 years old) be at home or at your delivery address to receive and to inspect your order.
Return & Refund Policy
CupboardGlassPipes.com merchandise is not returnable by its nature as “objects of art” and “functional art” and are sold “as is” with no warranties expressed nor implied. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds for any order placed online unless the item received by the customer is damaged during shipping. The customer must notify CupboardGlassPipes.com at support@cupboardglasspipes.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product to start a return and insurance claim process. Receipt of the product will be based on the shipping carrier’s tracking number, including the time and date of delivery to you. Products purchased online cannot be returned to our store front location. Should a customer return an item without notifying us first, we will refuse the package upon its delivery.
To return a product damaged during shipping, please follow these instructions carefully:
- Take photos of the damaged box and damaged product (please make your photos as detailed as possible);
- Email us your name, photos, description of the damage and your order number that is associated with the product that you wish to return at support@cupboardglasspipes.com;
- We will respond to you within one business day letting you know if your request for return has been approved or declined;
- If your request for return has been approved, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label for you to include on the outside your returned package;
- Please repackage the item, including all original parts and packing material, etc. Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. Poor repackaging or the return of damaged merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund.
- Items MUST not have been used;
- Include a copy of the original invoice and shipping label in the package;
- If you do not return the shipping damaged merchandise item back to us within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the prepaid return shipping label, we will not accept your return;
- We will contact you to confirm receipt once we receive your returned product;
